Why We Exist
Filipinos deserve security built for the threats they actually face.
Online scams cost Filipinos billions of pesos every year. Generic security products don't catch locally targeted phishing sites, phishing websites, or fake government portals. We started Protectiv because we saw a gap that only a local team could fill.
We build our own security technology from the ground up. We operate our own ASN (AS142187) and IP address space, run our own infrastructure, and develop our own detection engines. That gives us complete control over how we protect our users. No third-party dependencies, no reselling someone else's product.
Our first product, BantayDNS, protects Filipino families and businesses at the DNS level, blocking scams, phishing, and malware before they even load. With community-driven threat reporting and Philippine-focused blocklists, it's security built by Filipinos, for Filipinos.
Our second product, OSINT.ph, gives law enforcement and security professionals a real-time investigation query engine — searching 20+ platforms simultaneously to trace digital footprints and generate actionable intelligence reports.
